Jonathan Reid, Tristan Cogan, Adam Finn, Andrew Davidson, Darryl Hill, Jamie Mann et al.

The work: Fundamental physical chemistry- aerosol behaviour of SARS-CoV-2, including: how long it survives in aerosol droplets, the effects of temperature, humidity, ozone, UV light, and important implications for measures to control airborne transmission. Work is carried out using apparatus at Langford Veterinary School to study virus survival in aerosol droplets of simulated human upper airway secretions.
